AdMob is Google’s advertising platform for promoting and monetizing mobile applications. Similar to MoPub, it allows application developers to promote their applications through in-app ads, monetize their applications by enabling in-app advertising, and provides intelligent insights through Google Analytics.
AdMob is available for Android and iOS platforms, with support for Unity and Cocos gaming engines. Your AdMob account connects with your AdWords account to distribute your ads for your Android, iOS, or gaming applications.
By connecting AdMob to AdWords, you can create mobile app install campaigns. These campaigns are specific to getting more people to download your app, with AdWords applying custom t

AdMob Mediation is a feature that lets you serve ads to your apps from multiple sources, including the AdMob Network, third-party ad networks, and AdMob campaigns. AdMob Mediation helps maximize your fill rate and increase your monetization by sending ad requests to multiple networks to ensure you find the best available network to serve ads.
This guide is your one stop shop for integrating mediation into your AdMob app.
Prerequisites
Before you can integrate mediation for an ad format, you need to integrate that ad format into your app:
These days, more and more app developers are eschewing the pay-to-download business model in favor of making money from their creations in other ways. This is particularly true on Android, where users are highest in number but not quite so keen to dig deep for their favorite apps (compared with iOS users).
AdMob is one alternative option available to those developers. This is a form of PPM advertising, which means ‘Pay Per Impression’ and that means you get paid simply by displaying ads on top of your app content. AdMob is the biggest platform of its kind on Android, which is no surprise seeing as it is owned by Google. Let’s take a look at just how it works, how to set it up and whether or not it’s right for you.
Increase Your AdMob Revenue Rate: It’s About eCPM Rate
Admob is still a relatively new advertising network. That didn’t keep Google from purchasing them in 2009. Admob is completely taken care of financially, which means everybody wins at the end of the day. Focusing on mobile traffic primarily, Admob is continually providing publishers like you and I with tools to increase our AdMob revenue. The most important metric you should pay attention to is your eCPM (i.e, the amount you earn per 1,000 impressions).
Mediation groups are combinations of targeting settings that help to optimize the revenue generated by your ad units. You can create mediation groups ahead of time, then add ad units and ad sources as you go, or create them all at once. Instead of setting mediation options for each ad unit repeatedly, you can just set them once for your mediation groups, then add your ad units to the groups you want.
Once you've set up mediation in AdMob, you can use the Google Developers guide (Android, iOS) to implement mediation in your apps.
You need more RPM from adsense but you are getting less of it. Why?
This is a video showing how you can increase your RPM revenue on admob by using the right strategy.
Well there is always an option to increase the RPM. This is not a black hat trick that will get you banned.
It is just common sense.
If you are from Pakistan, India or Bangladesh you will see that your ad revenue is too low and the reason for that is because the revenue is based on ads. Advertisements are mostly provided by US based companies. They want to rank on keywords or on locations.
Now what is RPM on Google Play?
RPM changes with more impressions. The more impressions ads are getting on your app t

Google AdMob dashboard gives us opportunity to optimize ads performance, which many people overlook. If you check it regularly, you may get chance to optimize a bit for a while to earn better. Today I will discuss about that.
Basically I prefer, to serve all ads including direct client ads, house ads via AdMob mediation. Google AdMob is the best ads mediation service I have ever used. I also used MoPub that’s interface is complex to understand, difficult to use and have very few optimization options.
So why you should check regular income in different ads platform?
Well, here I am describing my recent real life experience. Currently I am using only Facebook Audience and Google AdMob ads in my mobile applications. A few weeks ago, suddenly I saw a peek of revenue coming from Facebook Audience. You see, the eCPM for interestial is very high for United Arab Emirates and South Africa, wher

Banner ad format
Why should I choose this ad format?
Banner is a basic ad format that appear at the top and bottom of the screen and can be automatically refreshed. They work well with a lot of apps and don't take up much space.

Revenue per 1000 impressions (RPM). RPM represents the estimated earnings you'd accrue for every 1000 impressions you receive. RPM doesn't represent how much you have actually earned; rather, it's calculated by dividing your estimated earnings by the number of page views, impressions, or queries you received, then multiplying by 1000.
