RPM

Revenue per 1000 impressions (RPM). RPM represents the estimated earnings you'd accrue for every 1000 impressions you receive. RPM doesn't represent how much you have actually earned; rather, it's calculated by dividing your estimated earnings by the number of page views, impressions, or queries you received, then multiplying by 1000.

10 Tips to Maximize Your Ad Revenue on Mobile

It’s impossible to ignore mobile optimization as a website owner or publisher now — you get penalized not just by your users but also search engines. Sites not only have to be mobile-friendly, but in order to maximize ad revenue, they also have to optimize the way ads are served on mobile devices.

A lot of the changes you need to make as a mobile publisher are similar to the ones found in desktop ad optimization strategies.

There are several reasons why you might not have received your Personal Identification Number (PIN) yet:

  • Your account is not on PIN hold.

You'll only be required to verify your PIN after your account balance reaches the verification threshold. If you don't see a hold displayed on your AdSense homepage, then it means that your account is not on PIN hold yet.

  • Your PIN hasn't been sent yet.

You might have to wait for up to a week after your account balance reaches the verification threshold before your PIN is generated and mailed to you.

  • You haven't waited for four weeks after your last PIN was generated.

PINs often take up to four weeks to reach you by mail, though it may take longer depending on ... Read more »

One of the top questions app creators ask about Google AdMob is how much AdMob revenue can you earn? The answer depends on several factors.

First, what is your planned revenue model with AdMob? Is it to earn revenue from users who will click on ads? Next, how popular do you anticipate your app to be? In other words, how heavily will you promote it? Will you promote it both organically and through advertising?

Then, based on your planned revenue model, how engaging will your app be to your users? If you are relying solely on ad clicks, then you will need your users to be using your app regularly so that they are seeing ads that will get them to click.

All of these things will factor into how much revenue you can earn from AdMob.

As far as specifics, here are some ... Read more »

To protect the security of accounts, Google requires you to verify your address before we can send you any payments.

When your earnings reach the verification threshold, we’ll mail a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to the address shown in the Payments section of your account. When you receive your PIN, enter it in AdMob to verify your address. Note: It may take 2 to 4 weeks for your PIN to be delivered by mail.

Enter your PIN to verify your address

If you've received a letter containing a PIN to verify your address, please follow these instructions:

CPM is around $1, or $1 per 1000 Ad impressions. Clicks I have seen as high as $0.25, but its going to vary on the Ad shown obviously.

Essentially my rough guide on income per active user per day based on my very limited experience:

Assuming each user will go through 10 impressions per day/play session. About 10 minutes spent in your game, this is a pretty big assumption and highly game dependent.

100 active users = 1000 impressions per day = $1
1,000 = 10,000 = $10
10,000 = 100,000 = $100
100,000 = $1,000
1,000,000 = $10,000

So on and so forth, just a rough guide. But it will HIGHLY depend on your own game and how long they spend playing it per session. For me, when I had my game free + Ads/IAP, I see per active ... Read more »
